In the wake of the #MeToo movement, new anti-harassment laws have been passed in several states. In 2018, California passed Senate Bill 1343 requiring employers with five or more employees to provide sexual harassment training and education to both supervisors and nonsupervisory staff. One of the biggest changes with this new law, is the scope of who must be trained. Previous legislation only applied to employers with 50 or more workers and required them to train only supervisors, not all employees.
To meet these new requirements, we are excited to offer you an award-winning, interactive sexual harassment training course from our preferred vendor to keep your organization in compliance, and with special pricing just for Archway Benefit clients!
We make training your employees to meet the new California Requirements both simple and affordable.
